At Identify Technology, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in accordance with the following policy.

Return Period

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Returned items cannot be accepted if the product packaging has been damaged. Items must be shipped in outer packaging when returned.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must not have been used and not show any signs of wear, use or damage.

How to Return

Pack Your Return: Securely package the items in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Send Your Return: Ship the items to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Additional Information:

All shipping fees or any import costs (for international orders) will need to be paid by the customer.

Refund processing time is approximately 2 days from receiving returned item.

A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns.
